All tutors commit 60-90 minutes every week or every two weeks. All tutors attend monthly meetings at the beginning of each month. All tutors receive 30% of their profits.

General Tutors Receive $12-$15 an hour

AP Tutors Receive $20-$25 an hour

AP Tutors- These individuals received a 4 or 5 on the AP exam for their particular subject and are, therefore, qualified to provide guidance and support in AP courses. This requires a recommendation from a teacher or proof of an AP score of 4 or 5.

General Tutors- These individuals are kind, patient, honors high school students who can tutor middle school/ elementary school students. These individuals must have class average grades no lower than B+’s and be enrolled in at least one level 1 class. 

High School Volunteers

These individuals are high schoolers who work under the seasonal event organizers to support events by volunteering and may also procure donations.

Junior Volunteers

These individuals are middle schoolers who work under the high school volunteers to support events by volunteering, procuring donations, and, most importantly, learning about non-profit procedures.
